Collaboration, Compassion, Confidentiality, Respect, Autonomy
Hello and Welcome!
I’m so glad you’ve taken this step to work with me. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I truly appreciate the trust you’re placing in this journey.
Our time together will be about getting to know you—listening to your experiences, exploring the challenges that brought you here, and finding the best path forward that supports your well-being.
I bring years of experience as a clinical social worker for the State of Utah, working with individuals from newborns to adults. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, work stress, or family challenges, I’m here to help. I also understand the stress and trauma that can come from today’s political climate, especially if you’ve been involved in activism or grassroots efforts. Whatever is weighing on you, let’s talk it through and find ways to bring more balance and peace into your life.
In addition, I hold a graduate degree in educational counseling, which allows me to support individuals navigating important academic decisions, such as choosing a college or advocating for a child who may need additional support in school. I also have experience teaching internationally and have worked with children for several years using my TEFL certification. These experiences, along with being a parent of two teenagers, have given me valuable insight into the challenges students and parents face, and I am here to help guide you through them.
To make counseling as accessible as possible, I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. I’m based in Salt Lake County, Utah, and as an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I work under the supervision of Kaati Tarr.
I’m looking forward to meeting you and walking this path together.
Take care, and see you soon!
